Additionally, the Advance Exchange service offering, the Fujitsu overnight replacement program, provides the customer a replacement scanner prior to shipment of any malfunctioned scanner back to Fujitsu. The Advance Exchange offering for the fi-5110C scanner is offered as an upgrade during the limited warranty period for only $59 or on a yearly basis post-warranty for only $99 (contract and agreement required for replacement unit).
